TERMS OF SERVICE

by commissioning me, you agree to the following terms of service:

  • payment must be done in full, upfront, and through paypal invoices.

  • i, the artist, reserve the right to decline commission requests for any reason, including orders needed on a short notice.

  • i own all rights to the artwork made, including full personal, commercial, and distribution rights.

  • the commissioned artwork may not be used for any commercial purpose by you, the commissioner, including reselling, redistributing, uploading to print-on-demand services, selling or minting as non-fungible token (NFT), etc.

  • you may not use the commissioned artwork for use in and/or uploading to any generative AI and machine learning content datasets.

  • personal and non-commercial use of the commissioned artwork (sharing, icon, header, etc.) is permitted.

  • a refund will only be issued if i have not yet begun working on the requested art. after the sketch stage, you will not be able to receive any refunds.

  • you may not claim the artwork as your own or remove my watermark from it.
