COMMISSION
TERMS OF SERVICE

by commissioning me, you agree to the following terms of service:

  • payment must be done upfront and through paypal invoices.
      - orders under $100 must be paid in full.
      - orders over $100 may be paid half before and half after completing the commission, at the client's request.

  • i reserve the right to decline commission requests for any reason, including orders needed on a short notice.

  • i own all rights to the artwork made, including full personal, commercial, and distribution rights.

  • the commissioned artwork may not be used for any commercial purpose by the client, including reselling, redistributing, uploading to print-on-demand services, selling or minting as non-fungible token (NFT), etc.

  • the client may not use the commissioned artwork for use in and/or uploading to any generative AI and machine learning content datasets.

  • personal and non-commercial use of the commissioned artwork (sharing, icon, header, etc.) is permitted.

  • the client may not claim the artwork as their own or remove my watermark from it.

  • a refund will be issued in specific situations:
      - if the client cancels their order before i begin working on it, they will receive a full refund.
      - if the client cancels their order after i've finished the sketch, they will receive a 50% refund.
      - if the client cancels their order after i've begun working beyond the sketch (at the lines/coloring/rendering stage), no refund will be issued.
      - if i'm unable to continue working on the commission for any reason, the order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.
